Source: Norwich Eveing News, UK

Purrfect cats

Some of the lovely cats at the RSPCA East Norfolk branch.

The RSPCA East Norfolk branch is looking for loving families to adopt some of the adorable animals currently in their care.

Kate and Pippa are sisters and are three years old. These beautiful cats are super sweet and have lovely temperaments. This purrfect pair is looking for a forever home together.

Chirpy is a beautiful young female is around 18 months to 2 years of age. She is super confident and ever so cuddly and is hoping to be chosen really soon.

You canít help falling in love with Elvis, and you certainly wonít be lonesome tonight with him around. He is handsome young boy who is looking for a home with a nice garden where he can explore and play.

Our longest resident is Geordie, a gorgeous male tabby cat around four years old, and we really hope that this week we find him a new loving home. He is a stunning cat and has a lovely friendly disposition. Geordie would need to be the only cat as he can become a little stressed around other animals and small children.

Lottie was found living on an allotment after being born outside. She is a sweet little girl and has got used to people and being handled. She would need an adult home with someone who can be patient with her and not expect too much in the first few weeks whilst she settles down. She is around 7-9 months of age and is really sweet once she trusts you.

Sherlock is a stunning little cat, who is ever so friendly. He longs for a new loving family that will give him lots of love and affection.

Miele is a super pretty little ginger and white female. Miele is about four years old and was very timid when she arrived with us. She has been with us for a while and is now ready for her forever home which will need to be adults with no other pets. She is a really loving girl and loves a cuddle once she trusts you. She is still currently in a foster home and can be re-homed from there.

Hansel and his sister Gretel are around nine years old. They are beautiful cats in both temperament and appearance. They would like to be re-homed as a pair because thatís when they are at their happiest. Since being with us we have discovered that Gretel has a heart condition, however, it does not affect her quality of life

Peaches is a really sweet tortoiseshell female, she is super friendly and very confident. She is around 3 to 5 years old and is longing for a new forever home where she can get all the attention she deserves.

Boots is a very sweet and pretty girl, around 5 to 6 years of age, who needs a special home as she does not like to be touched or picked up. Boots has lived for the last few years as an indoor cat and is very happy to share your home but would also love a bit of outside space to roam. She will need a quiet adult household who will let her do her own thing and be patient with her.

A special home is required for one year old Roadie. He came to us after being involved in a road traffic accident where his front leg was badly damaged and needed to be amputated. It was then that we realised he was previously a feral cat but after lots of TLC and attention he is on the mend and in time we hope he can have a new lease of life. Due to his previously lifestyle he will need a home with perhaps a secure and comfortable outside barn, outbuilding or shed where he can have some quiet time but still be kept an eye on. Please give us a call to discuss further.

All of our animals are neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped. They are all up to date with Flea and worming. All of our animals are health checked by a vet and come with six weeks free Pet insurance if you register on adoption. There is a small adoption fee of just £50 for cats and kittens, dogs are on application. This in no way covers the costs to the branch but just helps us continue our work. Please visit our website for more information Please Call our adoption line on 07867-972870.
